Knitting. A knitted item. A finished knitted item. Amazing, huh? I'm amazed. It seems like forever since I finished anything. I mean, I know I mentioned that I was working on the Classis Lines Cardigan, and that was about it, but I've still been slogging along on Bus Socks VIII.5. They are finally completed. Here they are!
Fraternal, they are, not identical.

Apologies
I haven't done any knitting that is blog worthy lately. There's been round and round and round and round..... knitting on the Classic Lines Cardigan, and it seems that reaching the magic length of 15" from the hem turn before attaching the sleeves to the body will never be attained. How can you knit for days and days and not actually achieve any additional length? I mean, where does it go? Into some interdimensional worm hole pocket?
I may have to cast on something new just to offset this stasis field. Loops is having their grand opening next weekend.... this could be an opportunity just waiting to happen.

And baby makes four....
My nephew and his wife, along with their little girl, welcomed a new addition to their family yesterday: Bryson Anthony. Both mother and son are doing well, with little bro weighing in at 8 lbs 14 ounces, and I believe 22" long.
Welcome to the world, Bryson!!! Love, Aunt Suzy

Souvenirs
Here is Richard's first souvenir from our trip to Dallas:
A glass from Buca di Beppo's restaurant. Very neat, had a great time with our son, his girlfriend, and her parents, who now live in Plano.
And Richard's second souvenir from Dallas:
2010 Dodge Challenger Classic in Hemi Orange. Sweet ride!
