I ordered the yarn for the KnitPicks KAL: Classic Lines Cardigan. Should be here this week or next. Yay! I decided on the Cattail Heather Shadow with Shimmer Shallows.

I've heard that EZ book is great. I've considered trying to get a copy for myself.
